This high-performance garden hose Y valve is engineered with a durable all-brass body weighing 1.1lbs; it’s quality can be felt immediately. The oversized ball and large internal openings allow for full water flow, outperforming many traditional in-line valves.

The 3.5 inch handles are designed for easy gripping and turning and allow for each valve to be fully opened or closed with just a quick quarter turn.  Coloured in black to provide the highest level of UV resistance available.

With standard male and female fittings (3/4-inch garden hose thread), the valve is easy to install and compatible with a wide range of setups.

Winter Use & Storage
In regions where winter temperatures drop below freezing, it’s important to leave these valves open at a 45° angle to prevent water from being trapped behind the ball. Fully open or closed ball valves can trap small amounts of water, which may freeze and expand, potentially cracking the valve. For added protection, it’s recommended to remove the valves from outdoor faucets and hoses and store them indoors or in a heated garage.
